# Day-to-day support

> Use Inbox, tickets, templates, providers, and broadcasts in your system panel.

After setup, most work happens in the system panel.

## Inbox

Open **Inbox** to read and reply to live chats. Use it when a customer needs a human.

## Tickets

Open **Tickets** for issues that need an owner and a status. Use Inbox for quick replies; use tickets when follow-up matters.

## Message templates

Open **Message Templates** to edit bot replies and language variants. Keep denial messages clear about what the customer should do next.

## Providers

Open **Providers** to store supplier contacts used when refill or speed-up requests need a human on the supplier side. Keep contacts up to date.

## Broadcasts and Auto Alert

* **Broadcast** - send a one-time message to customers or groups.
* **Auto Alert** - schedule or queue posts to groups you manage.

## Dashboard and reports

Use **Dashboard** for a quick health check. Use **Reports** / request reports when you need activity history. Export only what you need for ops - avoid publishing internal detail outside your team.
